This Venus Stratum project involves the design, supply, and erection of Proflex roofing for the OTS (Open Terrace Space) area, ensuring a leak-proof, maintenance-free, and aesthetic solution. Stainless steel fasteners were used for secure installation. The roof is bird nuisance-free and supports solar panel installation. Speedy installation was achieved possible with a skilled team using pre-fabricated panels.
The project involved roofing an area of 1,560 sq.m. with 1.40 mm BMT thickness on a 67.5-meter tall building, spanning 22.35 meters and 61 meters in length. Despite the height and strong wind pressure, the roofing was completed in just 6 days. A 350-ton capacity crane was used for efficient execution on the 17th-floor building with 5 levels of basement.
This commercial building features a visually appealing design, with the first-ever installation of a Proflex roof at a height of 67.5 meters in India. The project stands out for its innovative roofing solution and high-quality execution. Additionally, the building was awarded the prestigious IGBC certification, highlighting its commitment to sustainability and green building practices.
