The Electric bus Charging Station by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation Vastral project involved the design, supply, and erection of Proflex roofing, tailored to meet specific aesthetic and functional requirements. The roofing color was carefully matched to the electric bus color for seamless integration with the client's branding. The structure featured a unique butterfly design, with cantilever roofing on both sides, ensuring both visual appeal and structural stability. With a focus on durability, the roofing system was designed to be 100% leak-proof, maintenance-free, and aesthetically pleasing, providing long-term value and performance for the client.
The project involved a total roofing area of 1545 sqm, using 0.80 mm BMT thickness, across two buildings with dimensions of 10m x 67m x 2. The client required the project to be completed at an accelerated pace, and we successfully finished the entire roofing installation in just 4 days. One of the key challenges was the timely delivery of materials in a custom color that perfectly matched the client's electric bus color, ensuring seamless integration with their branding.
